The good news is 88% of individuals in operational or leadership roles in the manufacturing industry say they enjoy their jobs.
This finding is rather remarkable considering that survey-takers had just answered 14 questions in which their responses pointed to an overwhelming trend of “too much.” For example, they cited having to navigate too many decision-makers, and spend too much time chasing data and in meetings. They also said that too many paper-based processes and disconnected applications are creating inefficiencies in their day-to-day work lives.
